Also my own creation that BB has bought the rights to market as a set.

This is my own creation, I sold the instructions to BlueBrixx who sell the MOC as a set.

Actually, I sold the instructions to BluBrixx and they are selling the instructions together with all required parts as a set (although not original LEGO(R) parts).

Why not? I have added proper attribution to the original MOC and to its creator's profile (as required by Rebrickable).

Pro asking for money: I spent quite some time on researching commonly available parts (e.g. for a replacement of the 2875 light gray Slope 45° 2 x 6 x 2/3) and on creating proper instructions.

And what about more extensive modifications, e.g. the 12-wheel version (in real life known as Faals 151)? I would of course still attribute the original MOC, but where would you like to draw the line here?

Actually, you can always click on the link back to the original MOC and use the LXF file provided for free there...

If I violate any Rebrickable rule that I am not aware of, please let me know and I will de-activate this MOC immediately.

    Best regards,

Certainly. It is designed using the standard (modern) wheels, axles etc
