B-wing Starfighter - Minifig Scale

The B-wing Starfighter is one of those unique Star Wars ships that most fans know well, despite the fact that it hardly has any screen time. It first made it's appearance in Return of The Jedi and plays its part in the attack on the Death Star. Though you wouldn't know it from the battle scene, this heavy assault ship (sometimes classified as a bomber) packs the biggest punch compared to any of the other starfighters in the rebel fleet. The list of weapons attached to this odd looking ship is too long to spout off here, suffice to say it's a shame we never get to see this thing let loose in the original films. This model has functioning fold-out wings, a 360-degree rotating cockpit that seats one minfigure, and a display stand.

    Wonderful!
My favourite Rebel fighter to look at, least favourite to fly, lol. (In the original X-Wing game in the 90s, you could fly one of these beasts. It packed a huge punch, but the agile Imperial TIEs gave you a huge headache because they could very easily out-maneuver and swarm you)

Just finished the build of this great MOC. Some sections are difficult to build but the result is really amazing. I love it.

Have this built and it's absolutely phenomenal. The techniques used to make the connections are genius, and this is quite sturdy despite its hyper-accuracy. Thank you Inthert and Brickvault for making this MOC available to us! I look forward to your next projects!
PS, I think it would be nice to have 1-2 more pictures of the model here on rebrickable to get others interested.

    Hi,

it seems that your inventory is missing the 4477 in LBG from step 53. Also the reddish brown 3938 in step 257 is missing.
And how do you keep the pieces in steps 288 to 290 in place? They just fall down in my model. Same goes for the 3679 in step 292.
And in step 311 the two black 24201 just appear in the model.

That looks superb!  I'll add it to my wanted list for next year (still have a few projects in progress).
