The Black Velvet is a 3-storey New York-inspired building, named after the Black Velvet Cafe on the ground floor. It's modern, but cosy and has a great courtyard out the back for those who want to enjoy their coffee away from the hustle and bustle of the city.  The upper floors are occupied by an accounting firm.  More images of the original model on flickr.
